This form is designed for one person or two people sharing one room in the official hotel, or making their own accommodation arrangements.

Hotel accommodation

The cost of hotel accommodation will be settled directly with the hotel upon arrival and should not be included in any remittance to the Society.

Bed & Breakfast rates are £104.40 per night for a single and £130.50 for two people sharing a twin or double.
