This form is intended to be used by one or two persons sharing one room at The Bannatyne Hotel,

or making their own accommodation arrangements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - although the booking for is here for you to peruse and think about choices, please don't fill it in yet and try to submit it - because it won't work - you will get a 'page not found' message. The follow on pages to confirm bookings and pay for them are not yet available. Rich is working on that, at the moment.

The cost of hotel accommodation will be settled directly with the hotel upon arrival and should not be included in any remittance to the Society.
